selecting the highest quality plants from top growers across the
country, and delivering them flawlessly to their new home. We understand
that buying plants online can be daunting, but we want you to feel
confident in your purchase, which is why we guarantee to quickly provide
you with store credit of equal value, a replacement plant, or partial
refund for any of the following reasons:
- Healthy Plants: We guarantee that all of our indoor houseplants will
arrive at your door in healthy and vibrant condition. If not, see
below on how to submit a claim.
- Missed Expectations: All plants are unique, and variations in size,
color, and shape should be expected. However, if the plant you
received is materially different from the photos listed on our site
(in size, variegation, or other characteristics), we will honor your
- Weather Related: We are experts at shipping plants! We will include
all the necessary packing materials (free of charge) to withstand the
weather conditions at ship time. If we fail, we will honor your claim.
- Acclimation Problems: Your plant may arrive looking great, but
deteriorate in it's new environment. It could be temporary before
bouncing back, or a slow decline to the compost bin. We will honor
these claims if you submit them within 30 days of receiving the plant,
provided that you have not repotted it (see limitations below).
- Pests: We carefully inspect our
plants before shipping, but should you find unwanted stow-aways, we
will rectify the problem immediately.
- Timeframe: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving
the plant (the day the carrier marks the shipment as "delivered")
- Repotting: Repotting too quickly can shock your plant. Furthermore, it
risks putting the plant in a soil or pot type that is incompatible
with the plant species you received. Therefore, your submitted photos
must show the plant in the nursery pot it shipped in. If you repot it
within 30 days of receiving, we cannot honor your claim.
Please do not return plants! We accept returns on hardgoods only (pots,
accessories, un-opened soil).
If your damaged plant was shipped with a decorative planter, you may
choose to keep it or return it for a full refund.
How to Make a Claim:
All claims must include a photo in it's original nursery pot. There are
two ways you can submit a claim:
Scan the QR code inside the shipping box. This is the fastest way to
submit a claim if your plant is damaged upon arrival. Simply scan the QR
code, click "Submit Claim", take a photo, choose your preferred
resolution (credit or replacement), and submit! We'll respond within 24
hours with your chosen resolution or a request for more information.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To speed up your claim, please
include your Order ID, photos, your preferred resolution.
