We take great care in packaging your plants. Each plant is securely placed in a custom-designed protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit. We also ensure that delicate foliage and blooms are shielded with biodegradable packaging to maintain their beauty upon arrival. All of our packaging is recyclable or compostable.

While we do our best to ensure your plant is safe during its’ journey, sometimes unexpected events happen. If your plant doesn’t arrive how you expected it to, file a claim right away.
