Plant Health: We do our best to see that all of our indoor houseplants arrive at your door in healthy and vibrant condition. If your expectations are not met, scan the QR code included with your shipment, and submit a claim. Or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the problem.
Missed Expectations: Variations in size, color, and shape should be expected in most plants. However, if the plant you received is substantially different from the photos listed on our site (in size, variegation, or other characteristics), we will honor your claim.
Weather Related: We include the necessary packing materials to withstand the weather conditions at ship time. If weather related conditions damage your plant, submit a claim and we’ll honor it.
Acclimation Problems: Your plant may arrive looking healthy, but decline in appearance its new environment. If you have not yet repotted your plant, we honor acclimation claims if you submit them within 30 days of receiving the plant.
Pests: We carefully inspect our plants before shipping, but should you find unwanted stow-aways, we will honor your claim for a refund or replacement.
