What is your return policy?

We accept returns on hardgoods within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on plants, however, if you are not happy with your shipment, you are covered by our guarantee. Please scan the QR code provided inside the box, and follow the prompts to submit a claim. A photo of the plant is required. We will promptly send you a refund, replacement, or store credit.
