Alocasias are a genus in the Aroid family. They are notable for large, rhizomatous and tuberous root system as well as its stunning, broad-leaved foliage. 

Our custom Alocasia Mix provides a higher percentage of coco coir than our Aroid Mix, which ensures that the moisture needs of the big broad leaves of the plant are met. This Alocasia Mix also has an abundance of chunky materials to make sure that the bulbous root systems have sufficient access to oxygen. 

The House Mix Alocasia Soil is great for Alocasia, Colocasia, and Xanthosoma.
